The 16th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show 2026 will be held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad from October 30 to November 1, offering properties from affordable housing and apartments to plots and commercial spaces. NAREDCO Telangana president Sreedhar Reddy Koppula announced the dates at a press conference on October 22, saying around 20,000 people had registered online for the property show.
The event's theme this year is transparency. The property show will encourage homebuyers to choose projects with the necessary approvals, NAREDCO Telangana president Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said at the press conference. NAREDCO, the National Real Estate Development Council, is the industry body behind the show, and the October 22 announcement gives buyers just over a week to plan their visit.
What the Hyderabad property show will offer
The property show's three-day format gives buyers one venue to compare projects across segments and budgets. Affordable housing caters to first-time buyers watching their budgets, apartments cover the mid and upper-mid segments, plots draw buyers looking for land, and commercial spaces cater to investors. With launches running ahead of sales in the city, visitors are likely to find a wide shelf of new options to walk through.
Registrations point to strong demand for the property show
Around 20,000 people had registered online ahead of the gates opening, a number Koppula disclosed at the October 22 press conference. The 16th edition arrives with the city's housing market running strong: the city sold about 11,305 homes in the July-September quarter, up 15% from a year earlier, the fastest growth among India's major markets, according to Anarock data. Registrations for the property show suggest that momentum is carrying into the festival period.
Market backdrop for the show
Developers have responded to the demand. The city's new housing supply surged 120% year-on-year in the September quarter to about 18,950 units, the sharpest increase among the top seven cities, Anarock reported. Across the seven cities, quarterly sales crossed one lakh units for a 3% annual gain even as average residential prices rose 7%. For the city, launches of 18,950 units ran well ahead of sales of 11,305, which is why the show's stalls should be full.
The national picture is mixed. Mumbai's metropolitan region led volumes with 31,750 units, up 5%, and Bengaluru added 16,670 units, up 12%, but Pune fell 6% to 15,690 units, Delhi-NCR slipped 1% to 13,765, Kolkata dropped 4% to 3,980 and Chennai fell 10% to 5,395. Total sales value across the seven cities rose 2% to Rs 1.55 lakh crore. Anarock chairman Anuj Puri has said the festive season could bring more demand, with buyers staying selective and favouring correctly priced projects where demand is concentrated.
The show lands in a busy launch season. New housing supply across the top seven cities rose 18% year-on-year in the September quarter, with Mumbai's region launching about 37,500 units and Bengaluru about 21,670. Puri has said buyers will stay selective as prices rise and that a strong pipeline of new launches and steadier borrowing costs could support sales through the festival period. Delhi-NCR saw the steepest price rise at 12% over the year, followed by Bengaluru at 8%.
Koppula pointed to the city's expanding infrastructure as a growth driver, citing the Regional Ring Road and radial roads. The Regional Ring Road is the centrepiece of that pitch.
The property show runs October 30 to November 1 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre.
